2. You will receive an email with the return address.
3. Send the parcel to the address given in the email. It is best to buy a return label with tracking so that the parcel arrives safely.

The shipping fee for returning goods is borne by the buyer. XBerlin aims to reduce unnecessary transportation routes and motivate buyers to make conscious and sustainable purchases. To minimize unnecessary returns, all products undergo quality assurance by the seller.

The seller guarantees a full refund provided all items are returned in the condition in which they were received. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (except for the fitting). In addition, all tags and labels must be intact.
If the goods are nevertheless returned, the seller will send the goods back to the customer and invoice this shipping. 
The return label is the responsibility of the buyer. The return period is 14 working days and counts from the receipt of the goods.
